I learned over time to organize and listen to what customers want. I learned to give them what they want, not what we want to offer. Some want to have fun, to escape the daily routine, others socialize know and know each other better, and there are those who targeted, carefully planned. I've known them all. I made them smile, overcome physical obstacles and redefine mental limits.
People react differently outside their comfort zone, here comes the group. The group motivates you and gives you confidence. If you have tears in your eyes, trembling with fear, or are afraid of ridicule, the group saves you. You're much stronger as a member of a group. Along with others, you do make the group. The relationship is fascinating and becomes more clear during a teambuilding. The outdoor is described in detail in our pages. We like to say we are specialists in spectacular action. During rock climbing practice, trust in gear and climbers is essential. More than anywhere, here is where keep your reputation intact. No practice on customers, and keep the same team, with experienced mountaineers.
We think the present and future. The workshops are carefully designed, and offers several difficulty levels, listed simply: easy, medium and difficult. This means that we always have something new to offer and that our partners will always feel challenged. A rock wall can be thought in terms of accessibility, height, new.
Outdoor games are, in short, something else. A blend of creative and aerial acrobatics, competition and teamwork. Our games are a way of saying that things can be done otherwise: higher, faster, more fancifull. I dared to combine techniques and materials of climbing in games that have rhythm and color. Or, after mountain applications, we relaxed with interactive games. There are companies that organize each year, or several times a year teambuildings. We want every customer to find in our offer enough variety and always something new.
